All new dogs must complete a temperament evaluation prior to utilizing our services. The evaluation allows us to spend some time getting to know your dog and determine which play group would make them feel most comfortable. The dogs in our play groups are selected by size, age, energy level, play style and degree of socialization. Register now or call us today to schedule your dog’s evaluation!

Note: For boarding and daycare services, any dog over 8 months old must be spayed or neutered.

- Fill out our New Client Questionnaire.
- Check your email! We’ll send you a Welcome Email that includes a list of our required documents, along with details about the evaluation process.
- Upload your dog’s documents to your Customer Portal, or email them to info@playtimepetresort.com and reference ‘Downingtown’ in the subject line.
- Our staff will then contact you to schedule a Temperament Evaluation appointment.
