FAQs
Is there a process for new clients?
All new dogs must complete a Temperament Evaluation before utilizing our services. This evaluation measures your dog’s overall size, age, energy level, and degree of socialization. We use this information to place your dog in one of our many play groups to ensure they’re grouped with other dogs they’ll play well with.
Is it easy for my dog to return for another visit?
Yes! Existing clients can request another visit by using our online form. Simply select the ‘Existing Client’ option.
Do you have any restrictions for pets who stay at the resort?
Dogs over 10 months old must be spayed or neutered for boarding and daycare services.
Dogs must be vaccinated for rabies, distemper and Bordetella
