FAQs

Is there a process for new clients?

All new dogs need a Temperament Evaluation before utilizing our daycare services. This evaluation measures your dog’s size, age, energy level, and degree of socialization. We use the information to place your dog in the appropriate play group. We’ll perform this evaluation after you’ve filled out the New Client Questionnaire linked below and scheduled an appointment.

Please refer to our dog boarding rules to understand the necessary steps to take before arrival.

Is it easy for my dog to return for another visit?

Yes! Existing clients can request another visit by using our online form and selecting the ‘Existing Client’ option.

Are there any restrictions for pets staying at the resort?

Dogs over 10 months old must be spayed/neutered and vaccinated before attending boarding or daycare. They also must have a PA Dog License. Please refer to our dog boarding rules for details regarding required vaccinations and how to obtain a PA Dog License.
